Guided Self-Study (Discord Access) – $5/month
Access to the full PDXJapanese Discord community, study guides, media library, and private message support.
Class Rate (60–75 min weekly) – $150/month
(Averages out to under $35/lesson.)
Private Lessons (Two 50-min lessons/month) – $110/month
Group Lessons (50-min, twice monthly) – $40/person per lesson
Other Language Services
Japanese → English Translation – $0.10 per character
Travel Consultation – $45/session
Includes trip planning, booking assistance, and access to my curated Tokyo map and recommendations.
Payment Methods
All payments are processed through Patreon.
Please do not subscribe to a class or private lesson tier without applying first and being accepted.
(The $5 Discord tier is open to everyone.)
Absence Policy
Each student is allowed 1 missed lesson/sick day per 8 lessons.
If you need to take a break or plan to be away for multiple weeks, please give at least 2 weeks notice so your slot can be offered to another student.
